Start off your day on the right foot (in tree pose!)at 8 am with Jayan from Jayadeva Yoga in South Amherst! Add a fleece and dress warmly for some beautiful brisk morning poses outside the Fine Arts Center! Stay for Steven to settle in to subtle yoga, pranayama, and meditation– the first of our two guests from the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in the Berkshire Mountains!

Why is the Kripalu Vinyasa Flow: Becoming a Wave Rider session longer than the others (10-11:30 am)? Our headliner is Isenberg grad and international renowned yoga instructor, Coby Kozlowski who will share a dynamic, fluid, pulsating vinyasa flow–infused with heartfelt humor and inspiring intentions. You will move through dynamic sequencing; listen to inspirational storytelling; and foster strength and fluidity as you come to your edge with compassion and awareness. Be ready to experience vinyasa flow in a new, empowering way that will support you as you navigate through the different waves of live. Coby teaches QUARTER-LIFE CALLING: CREATING AN EXTRAORDINARY LIFE IN YOUR 20′S, a revolutionary program for young adults to find clarity and comfort in the mystery of life at Kripalu.

At noon, we’ll work with Kathryn Slater in Embodyoga BURN from the Yoga Center Amherst, located above Rao’s coffee, followed by Eric Burri from the Newman Center doing Classic and Modern Vinyasa. Jennifer from Jayadeva jumps in at 2:00. And at 3:00 pm, we start the trio of UMass Rec Center Yoga instructors infusing increasing energy throughout the afternoon. It’s Power Vinyasa Yoga with Jill, BROga with Sarah and finally, Hiphop Flow with Katelyn ending with a celebration of music from Three Guys & A Box (often featured at Lit)!
